Twin fuel pumps are reliably driven via a cogged belt from the top of the crankshaft. By pressurizing the fuel in the fuel rails to an incredible 1000psi, micro-fine fuel atomization is created for awesome engine performance and outstanding fuel economy.

Six individual throttle intakes feed six individual cylinders, allowing the precise amount of air to enter each cylinder for any give running condition. Combined with the equally precise amount offuel provided by the High Pressure Direct Injection system, this configuration maximizes performance while achieving outstanding fuel efficiency.

Six independent fuel injectors open inward, rather than outward as with conventional injectors. This creates better atomization on the fuel in the combustion chamber by not disrupting the fuel plume as it enters. The better the mixture, the more efficient the combustion, the more power derived from every drop of fuel. Additionally, injectors tips are not exposed to carbon build-up for increased reliability.

The fuel is routed through a water/fuel seperator, fuel pumps, vapor seperator tank, high speed fuel pumps, fuel rails, and delivered through 6 independent fuel injectors.
 
The fuel and air mix homogeneously in the combustion chamber creating superior atomization for outstanding fuel efficiency and economy. The fuel vaporization also helps keep piston crowns cooler to provide increased durability and longevity.

At 3.3 liters of displacement and a V6 design, V MAX Series 2 engines provide the torque neccesary to really move today's larger hull designs. Their unique 76-degree cylinder bank angle help the engine deliver brute power and torque, while keeping the engine compact.
